We have a [..] day returns policy. This starts from the date goods are received and is limited to,
• Items being returned in the original packaging, labels and assembly instructions in good condition. • The products have not been assembled/used or damaged. • Mainland UK delivery addresses, only. • Customers must have contacted us at info@ghomeuk.com within [..] days of receipt of the goods citing the reason for return.
Again, do NOT dispose of the product packaging until you are satisfied that all parts have been received in good order and that you're happy with the assembled product(s). If you do want to return the item in question, it must be returned to us as new and in its original packaging.
Please Note: Unless the item is deemed faulty or defective, customers will be liable for all returns costs.
Damaged Items
Any damage or faults with any items need to be relayed to us within 7 working days the goods being received.
Please email us at info@ghomeuk.com with your reason for return, citing any damage, faults or imperfections. Include images to speed the process up as we will request these if you haven’t attached them prior.
Once you have contacted the customer service team, depending on the damage/fault they shall offer either replacement parts to resolve the issue for you or arrange and exchange of the item.
Any noticeable damage caused by a courier can either be refused on delivery and therefore sent back to us by the courier or you will need to email us within 24hrs so we can arrange for the courier to collect and have the damage assessed when the item arrives back with us.
Full refunds including postage costs will only be refunded items that have been damaged in transit or upon arrival with yourselves. On some items it may be necessary for us to request photographic evidence of damage should we decide if returning the item is not cost effective.
Flat Pack Furniture
If you have purchased flat packed furniture, please check all panels and contents prior to assembling the item. Due to courier restrictions, they will not be able to collect an assembled piece of furniture if a collection or exchange is necessary.
All goods that are returned to us will be checked on arrival to make sure they are in good condition with everything complete, and only then will we process your full refund.
We aim to process all return refunds within 48 hours of receiving the goods back into our Warehouse.
