Third Party Assembly
If your intention is to hire the services of a third-party installer to assist with your flat-pack furniture assembly, we recommend that you only book their services once your entire order has been successfully delivered and that you have checked over all parts, assembly instructions and fittings and that you are happy that you have everything required in order to assemble the furniture.
GhomeUK will not reimburse any fees incurred by the customer for installation or the use of any third-party installation service(s).
Delivery Times
1. 3-5 Working Day Shipping : Some of our larger and/or ready assembled products unless otherwise stated are sent out by a national based UK courier on a 3-5 working day delivery service.
2. Two Man Shipping : Ready assembled furniture requires a Two Man Delivery service and can take up to 10-14 working days for delivery.
3. Non-UK Mainland : Shipping to the north of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and other offshore areas are available at a small surcharge and each item is dependent on weight. These deliveries are usually on a 3-5 working day delivery service, postage will be calculated automatically at checkout.
4. Saturday Delivery : We are able to send items out on a Saturday delivery service for a small extra cost, again dependant on the weight of the item you are buying, please contact us for further details.
5. Timed Delivery : As with all major couriers, although delivery is guaranteed express delivery service it can be delivered anytime between 9am and 6pm although in most cases the mornings. If you cannot or do not want to wait in all day for your item, we can send your purchase out on a guaranteed delivery of either before 9.30am, 10.30am or Noon service. This is at an extra cost for further details please contact us and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
